Environment protection

When I watch this beautiful shore, i feel in harmony with nature, but i can't help thinking "if came 30 years or even 50 years later, would it be still wonderful?" I'm sure I''m not the only one wondering that question.
我欣賞這個無比美麗的海岸的時候就感到和平，然而我心裡想: 「我如果30年甚至50年後再來...風景還是會一樣美嗎？」
我應該不是唯一已經想過這件事。

To be a volunteer , you just need some patience, imagination , to be well organized and open minded. These qualities are important make you a reliable volunteer and accomplish great actions. However, a work camp is not only a question of WORK, you can learn sometimes much more interesting things through free time activities , for example in discussing with local people or practice some sports activities.
Today, we decide to snorkel and explore Orchid island ocean's world. The sky was grey but we still enjoyed this particular moment.
要當志工呢，你只需要擁有耐心，想像力，善於安排你的時間，能接受新思想。這些才能非常重要，你這樣在大家的眼中是一個可靠的人並將會實現很多計畫。國際工作營雖然含「工作」的概念但是不只是工作而已。透過休閒時間的活動 (運動，與當地人聊天)可以學到很多事。
我們今天決定潛水欣賞當地的熱帶魚。天空灰灰但是「海」OK我們過了一個很好的時光。

Today, we have to organize many events, first of all we have to find out some playground activities and play with kids. The difficulty is that we have to find a game which is typical from our country (Taiwan, Korea and France..)
I haven't' played for years and forgot everything, fortunately we have access to the wireless network so that we can refresh our head !
今天我們得安排一些活動。我們首先要找到外面玩遊戲，這樣就可以跟小朋友玩一玩。
不容易的是要玩我們國家的遊戲 (台灣，韓國，法國)而且我好久沒有玩遊戲，現在全部都忘記了..我們幸運可以用無線網路來查資訊!

i know, that's too easy! I am cheating but honestly, how could i remember games i played 15 years ago? 0_0
我知道..這樣太簡單!我在"作弊" 但是我怎麼會記的15年前玩的遊戲呢? 0_0

We just spent our first week end in Orchid Island,visiting the area and get familiar with our new environment.

這是我們在蘭嶼渡過的第一個星期，四處走走看看，認識新環境。

蘭嶼國際工作營 vol.4: Lanyu culture and challenges

22.06.2008: Our volunteer team (8 girls and 2 Taiwanese gentlemen) arrived in Lanyu (Orchid Island/蘭嶼)yesterday. The difference with Taipei is obvious, here we can hear the waves from the ocean surrounding us. Goats, pigs and small dogs stroll along the streets, neglecting cars and pedestrians. Aboriginal Kids enjoy a fresh and pure air anytime, far, far, far away from noisy big cities.

我們的志工團隊(8位美女和2位台灣帥哥)昨天中午飛到蘭嶼來。一到這邊就感到一種巨大的變化，當地的環境跟台北的並不一樣，我們可以聽到海洋潮悅耳的聲音。路上的羊，豬，小狗隨隨便便地蹦跳，不理車子或行人。原住民的小孩在這個遠離吵鬧的地方隨時呼吸非常新鮮的空氣。
